The Tikka T3x Varmint Rifle lineup includes three kinds of rifles: T3x Varmint, T3x Super Varmint, and T3x Varmint Stainless. Tikka T3x Varmint Rifles are true stalking or long distance rifles that provides consistent accuracy at the range as well as the plains. Its special features include free-floating barrel (for eliminating vibration to provide a solid accuracy performance round-after-round) and a vertical pistol grip with the synthetic T3x Varmint stock. The Tikka T3x Super Varmint Rifle line is the stainless steel version of Varmint Rifles that comes with an adjustable cheekpiece and Picatinny rail on top of the receiver. T3x Super Varmint Rifles are especially helpful, quick, and effortless in mounting scopes. The Tikka T3x Varmint Stainless Rifle line is yet another version of T3x Varmint Rifles having both barrel and action made up of stainless steel with a satin-matte finish. All the three versions of Tikka T3x Varmint Rifles come with the common features such as a new modular synthetic stock with interchangeable pistol grips for providing shooters with multiple shooting positions, improved asymmetrical grip pattern/shape for a solid grip in all conditions, a new recoil pad (for reducing the impact of recoil on the shooter), and stock noise reduction (thanks to the foam insert within the rear stock’s interior). Some other features are a redesigned widened angular ejection port (making it easier to feed one cartridge at a time), improved Picatinny rail attachment with extra screws (for better use of larger scopes), metallic bolt shroud, and extra-strong steel recoil lug.
