You will get a $25 store credit if your order is delivered after the ETA promised to you. This offer is valid only on UPS, which we use for over 95% of all our shipping. Please note that we do not cover delays due to weather, rain, or any other natural calamities.

Shipping/Delivery FAQ

Insurance & Package Loss/Theft

        Scopelist.com recommends purchasing insurance for all orders. We may require you to add insurance depending on a variety of factors including order value, delivery area, delivery address, or delivery method.

        Occasionally, packages are left by carriers, and then go missing or get stolen. Lost or stolen packaged must be reported to us within 24 hours after the package is shown as delivered. Depending on the carrier, we may need your assistance when making a claim. In these situations, if insurance was not selected and paid at checkout or subsequently added and paid for, Scopelist.com may not be able to assist further.
         
         Once the insurance claim is processed and approved by the carrier, we will ship a replacement order at no additional cost. If you need another item shipped sooner than this, we can place a temporary authorization on a credit card and cancel the authorization after claim approval by the carrier or once the package is returned to us.

        Scopelist.com highly recommends purchasing insurance for orders shipped to a third party such as mailing or mailbox service locations, UPS access points, friends or family, etc. We reserve the right and discretion to cancel orders shipping to third parties if no insurance is selected and paid.

USPS - United States Postal Service

         
• Scopelist.com ships to all 50 states (including Puerto Rico). Allow 1-3 business days via Express Mail and 3-7 days for delivery for Priority Mail.
       

UPS

         
• UPS ships across the continental US. For UPS Ground service allow 1-5 business days from shipping date for delivery.
         
• Orders placed before 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time, will be shipped same day.
         
• Please allow us 1 day of handling when your product is not shipped on the same day due to late orders or some other valid reasons. In such rare cases, we will ship your order on the next business day.
       

Firearms

         
• Firearms are shipped only to an FFL.
         
• Firearms may require an additional shipping charge. Any additional charge will be listed on the product page.
       

Ammunition

         
• Outside of lower 48: No ammo.
         
• Illinois: We must have your FOID and State ID on file.
         
• Connecticut: We must have your ACE or Pistol Permit and State ID on file.
         
• Chicago, Illinois: No Ammo without an FFL.
         
• County Cook, Illinois: No Ammo without an FFL.
         
• Massachusetts: No Ammo without an FFL.
         
• New York (State): No Ammo without an FFL.
         
• California: No Ammo without an FFL.
         
• Washington D.C.: No Ammo without an FFL.
         
• APO & EPO Address: No Ammo.
         
• PO. Boxes: No Ammo.
       

Taser Products

         
• Taser products will ship to US addresses only. Additional shipping charges may apply.
         
• Taser products may not be shipped to customers in Washington DC, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Hawaii, under any circumstances - in those states, the devices are not legal to own.
         
• Taser products may be sold in the states of Illinois, Maryland, and Minnesota, however in these states a carry license is required to possess a Taser. Because of this, we must ship Taser products to an FFL for transfer for customers residing in those states.
         
• In all other states, Taser products may be shipped directly to customers and no registration is required.

International Orders and Delivery

         
• All international orders must be paid by PayPal or wire transfer.
         
• Additional shipping charges may be applied to International orders. We will provide an invoice for an estimated shipping cost, but we will need to collect actual shipping costs and will issue a refund or an additional invoice if necessary.
