At Scopelist.com our customers’ satisfaction is our highest priority. All our products are made with superior craftsmanship and handled with the utmost care. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full credit refund for items returned in new condition within 15 days of delivery, less return handling fees of $15 for free shipping orders under $1000 and $25 for free shipping orders $1000 and over. These return handling fees are independent of return label costs (provided at your request) or return shipping costs for refused or otherwise undeliverable orders. Orders with paid shipping are not subject to return handling fees, but the shipping costs will not be refunded.
Riflescopes and optics MUST not be mounted or used to be returned for full credit. We thoroughly examine all returns under magnification. If the return is found to have been mounted or used, we assess a minimum fee of 20%.
Firearms that have been fired or had optics or accessories attached to them are no longer considered in new condition and are not returnable. In general, Firearms are considered used once they have transferred from your local FFL.
Any shipping discrepancies, such as damaged/missing/incorrect items, must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package. In the rare event that we send a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a return label after verifying the issue on our end, and provide reshipment once we receive the damaged or incorrect return. If you need immediate reshipment, we can collect a new payment, and issue a refund when we receive the return.
If you become aware of any manufacturer's defects after having the product for more than 15 days OR after having mounted or used the product, please consult with the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer’s contact and warranty information will be included with your order. If you require assistance or have any issue connecting with the manufacturer, we would be happy to assist.
Refunds for returned products will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the return.

1. Navigate to your Order HistoryOnce you are logged in to the website, click your name in the upper right corner.
2. Click on the Return Order buttonFrom your order history, click the Return Order button on the appropriate order. If your order does not show the Return Order button, your order is outside the return period time limit.
a. Select items to exchange or returnMark whether you want a return (for a refund) or exchange (for another item). Next, select the quantity (if you ordered more than 1 of the item(s) you wish to return). Then, select the return reason from the list. Finally, click the Confirm and Select Return Method button.
b. How to send us your return Select whether you want to send the item back yourself or you want a prepaid return label. Scopelist will deduct the return label cost from your refund or store credit.
If there is something wrong with the item(s) you are returning, you will be prompted to send us the photos of 1) the packing slip 2) the box showing manufacturer part number, and 3) the product(s) showing the issue. We will investigate the issue with our return department and send you a prepaid return label.
Finally, click the Confirm and Review Your Return button.
c. Review Return Summary and submit Before submitting your return request, please confirm the item, quantity, return reason, and return method are all correct. If there is any incorrect information, please use the Back button as necessary to return to the previous steps and correct the information as needed.
Once you click the Submit Your Return Request button, you will receive an email from us with your return details and instructions.
