A: The Scopelist Layaway Program is designed to allow you to reserve and purchase products even if you don't have the full amount ready. It gives you up to 60 days to complete your payment with a minimum 25% down payment.

A: No, the Scopelist Layaway Program is a free courtesy service. There are no additional fees beyond the actual price of the order.

A: The layaway period is 60 days from the date of your order.

A: You can pay 3 ways

1. Contact Scopelist by email with the order number and the amount you want to pay. Scopelist will send a payment link for the specified amount.
2. Contact Scopelist by phone and pay partially over the phone.
3. You can log on to your Scopelist account and pay the balance online from your order status page

For orders paid by PayPal, Scopelist will send a PayPal invoice to allow you to pay partially as you go.

A: Yes, you can cancel your layaway order at any time before shipment by notifying us via phone or email. You will receive a full refund for canceled layaway orders. However, if you cancel, you will not be eligible for the layaway program again for 1 calendar year.

A: If the final payment is not received by the end of the 60-day term, your layaway will be automatically canceled, and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. You will not be eligible for the layaway program again for 1 calendar year.

A: Yes, layaway is accepted for backordered items. However, the layaway period still may not exceed 60 days from the order date if the product is available. If the backorder takes more than 60 days, full payment will be required when the item becomes available.

A: Scopelist reserves the right to refuse layaway orders for certain products at our discretion.

A: To accommodate any price matching or price adjustments, the order must be paid in full.

A: Due to inventory volumes, there may be temporary interruptions in the availability of items delivered through the layaway program online.

A: Once the full payment is received, your order will be shipped.

A: Yes, you can place multiple items on layaway in a single order. Simply add all the items to your cart and select "Layaway" as the payment method at checkout.

A: No, there is no minimum order value required to use the layaway program.
